What are the dates for the Swindon Summer Bowl?We are launching the Swindon Summer Bowl in on July 17th 2020. The time scale is changeable dependent on the current COVID-19 regulations and guidelines. We hope that this engagement event is well recieved and attended so that we can run it for longer over the summer. We don't currently have an end date.

What times are the venue open?At the moment as we gently open, our hours will be: Friday: 19:00 - 22:30 Saturday: 11:00 - 13:00 and 19:00 - 22:30 Sunday: 19:00 - 22:30

What's included in my ticket price?As standard, your ticket price will provide you with access to The Swindon Summer Bowl venue and will include the following: A designated space and table to accommodate your booking numbers safely Access to our contact-free mobile order and pay system Toilets and hand wash stations On-site security (when alcohol is served) Dependent on the event, programming and attendance numbers, your booking may include the following in addition to the above: Performances A food and drink offering The option to buy additional food and drink through our contact-free mobile order and pay system Please have a look into each individual event to see exactly what is provided and what ticket options are available when booking.

How much are tickets?Ticket prices vary depending on the event you attend and what's included in your specific booking. Ticket prices range from £5.00 to £24.99 per person.

How do I book?Simply head to the 'What's On' or 'ticket' page and scroll through our calendar of events, entertainment and food. Once you have decided what event you would like to attend, click the through to book. You will be able to view the available timeslots, select how many people you would like to attend and pre-pay. You are booking a set number of spaces at your designated table.

Can children come?Yes! We have designated family sessions at the weekend which welcome children from ages 0-100! As well as this, children are also welcome to some evening sessions: Pizza Party (Saturday PM) Viva Vegan Soiree (Sunday PM) In this case, child tickets are £11.99 and include a meal and drink. Watch this space - more to be announced very soon

Can I bring my dog?We have specific sessions when you're welcome to bring along your furry friends and these sessions are listed below: Any family sessions Pizza Party (Saturday PM) Viva Vegan Soiree (Sunday PM) A few notes to be aware of when bringing your dog along: To avoid congregation, please be self-sufficient with regards to supplying water for your dog Please remember the COVID-19 guidance - some people are more nervous than others and we kindly as that you don't let your dog run off to other areas Please keep your dog on a short lead If your dog is nervous around people, noises and new surroundings then this might not be the best event for them Please bring your own poo bags and use them If your dog is a little noisy, it might be a bit distracting for other attendees - please consider them

What am I booking?!As our venue has tables, chairs and set numbers, when booking you are reserving a table to accomodate the numbers you need. You tables and chairs are inside a space dedicated to your booking. If you're looking to meet with another household, social bubble group etc. then it's important you book together to ensure you're at the same table. You must stick within the current government guidelines.

How many people can I book with?Most tables are for 2-3 people or 4-6 people. 6 people is currently the maximum booking size, this will be reviewed in due course. You need to make sure you: Are following Are abiding by our site rules We all have a personal responsibility to stick to current government guidelines and these should be considered when booking. E.g you should book a table with people in your household / social bubble. You will be sat in close proximity to the same people in your booking.

Is this event suitable for wheelchair users and attendees with additional accessibility requirements?There is step-free access via Quary Street which leads all the way to The Bowl. Please be aware that there are some slight gradients along this route. Unfortuantely the stage seating area is un-accessable as it is reached via steps only. There is however plenty of space under our big top tent area and an accessable toilet on-site. If you're concerned about your visit or you would like to find out some more information priot to arrival, please do get in touch - we will help and lend assistance whereever we can.

Will there be cash machines on site?Unfortunately there won't be any cash machines at The Swindon Summer Bowl. We are actively encouraing everyone to use the contact-free mobile order and pay system. When this isn't possible, we will be able to accomodate a contacless card payment however we really want to discourage the use of cash at the moment. We do however understand this isn't always possible.

Can I take in my own food and drink?Unfortunately you are not able to bring your own food and drink into the event. We do however provide a fairly priced bar and all our food is provided by local Swindon food vendors - they're brilliant! Check out what you can get your teeth into here!

Can I hire the venue?We can arrange private functions, social distance meetings, birthday parties and everything in between. We've got this stunning, spacious and colourful area - come and make use of it. Generally we run events in the evenings and weekends, so you can bolt onto ours or we can make the space available for private hire. We're open to discussions of use for the venue at any other times and happy to accomodate groups / bookings to make it an easy process!

How do I get there?To find the Town Gardens, follow the road sign from Bath Road and access to the Gardens is from Quarry Road or, alternatively, from Westlecot Road.

Where can I park?We ask you to please consider local residents when choosing where to park when attending the Swindon Summer Bowl. There are residential restrictions on roads surrounding the park and you should plan your journey beforehand. There are a few local car parks where you can pay and display. The two closest are: Bath Road Car Park at SN1 4AT Prospect Place Car Park at SN1 3LJ If you're having an alcoholic drink, please leave your car at home and make alternative travel arrangements.
