Will there be cash machines on site?
Unfortunately there won't be any cash machines at The Swindon Summer Bowl. We are actively encouraing everyone to use the contact-free mobile order and pay system. When this isn't possible, we will be able to accomodate a contacless card payment however we really want to discourage the use of cash at the moment. We do however understand this isn't always possible.
Is this event suitable for wheelchair users and attendees with additional accessibility requirements?
There is step-free access via Quary Street which leads all the way to The Bowl. Please be aware that there are some slight gradients along this route. Unfortuantely the stage seating area is un-accessable as it is reached via steps only. There is however plenty of space under our big top tent area and an accessable toilet on-site.
Can I take in my own food and drink?
Unfortunately you are not able to bring your own food and drink into the event. We do however provide a fairly priced bar and all our food is provided by local Swindon food vendors - they're brilliant!
Can I hire the venue?
We can arrange private functions, social distance meetings, birthday parties and everything in between. We've got this stunning, spacious and colourful area - come and make use of it. Generally we run events in the evenings and weekends, so you can bolt onto ours or we can make the space available for private hire.
